The Fremont Flyers Hockey / Fremont Ice Association Annual Meeting and end of season Party will be held on Monday, March 14th at Sidner Ice Arena. The event will start at 6:30pm with a breif Coaches Game, followed by player awards and food in the party room. The ice will be available following the coaches game with skating and bumper cars for all Flyers players and families.
The annual meeting will open at 6:30pm with voting for directors open until 8:00pm. Anyone wishing to run to for a seat on the board of directors must submit a written statement of their intent to do so by March 4th in order to be listed on the ballot. Your statement of intent may be emailed to evan@fremonticearena.com and akemnitz@yahoo.com.
An email will be circulated later this week regarding pot-luck items for the party, as well as further details on the schedule of events. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

Fremont Ice Association Special Meeting - Dec. 6th - 7:00pm - Sidner Ice Arena

The Fremont Ice Association will hold a special meeting of the membership on Monday, December 6th at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Sidner Ice Arena.
The Fremont Ice Association will share follow up information from MWAHA, our regional USA Hockey authority. We will discuss the structure of USA Hockey, and explain how the Fremont Ice Association fits into USA Hockey's model. This is a follow up to the changes in organizational structure than occurred this past summer, and will address concerns voiced in regards to those changes.
Current members of the Fremont Ice Association will vote on three amendments to the by-laws, suggested by MWAHA, our regional USA Hockey Affiliate. A copy of these by-law changes is available to members at the Sidner Ice Arena.
