Name Plates are available for anyone who needs one.

Please fill out the registration form if you wish to order a nameplate for the back of your child's jersey.  Nameplates will be $20 and must be paid for prior to picking up.  All orders must be in no later than Nov 23, and will have a 2 week completion.  An email will be sent out when nameplates have arrived.
