As we wrap up another wonderful season we would like to take this time to pass on to you some notes on upcoming events for this spring.  Below are a list of activities that we will be offering leading up into next season.  More detailed emails will be coming out on each of these and they will also be listed on our website.  Please save the dates on these and feel free to reach out to us if you have any more questions!

• Tuesday March 10th –
•  Player Evaluations for 2020-21 Season

All players are encouraged to attend during the appropriate times

                5:30-6:30 Sq (2010-2011 birth years)

                6:30-7:30 PW (2008-2009 birth years)

                7:30-8:30 BT (2006-2007 birth years)

• Parent Education Seminar-

All parents are encouraged to attend and learn more about the USA Hockey Ladder of Development and the different levels of hockey offered.

Thursday March 12

6pm for mites (explaining the different levels of hockey within our program. Breaking down house, select, travel)

7pm- Squirt through high school (USA Hockey ladder of development; what are the different levels of hockey; what’s the right path for my child)

8pm- Open time with Coaching Director Garrett Poland and Jan Dam

• March 16-20- No Hockey (the rink will have open skating and stick and puck times for the kids who are out of school)

• April 6, 13, 20-

Taking the Next Stride Camp for Intro Kids 5:15-6pm - $25 This camp is for kids who have completed Intro to Hockey and are interested in joining the Fremont Flyers hockey program in the future.

• March 23-April 17th

Post Season Hockey Camp-

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- On-Ice Practices.

Fridays will be showcasing the multitude of sports offerings at the YMCA- basketball, tennis, gymnastics, kickball, soccer, etc

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (On Ice)  Fridays (off-ice)

5:30-6:30 Squirts

6:30-7:30 PW/Bantam

7:45-8:45 PW/BT Travel

Levels will be combined if low numbers

 $25 per week (if paid weekly) or $100 if paid in full

• April 7th- Fremont Flyers Board of Director Annual Elections
• HS Travel Practices April 13 6:15-7:45 and April 15th 8:45-9:45
• April 18-19th  3v3 Tournament and skills competition
• April 20-24th- Try Outs- TBD 
• April 27- Rink Closes for summer
• July 24-26- Cornhusker State Games
• August 1, 2020- Registration Opens for 2020-21 Season
• September 14, 2020- SIA Re-Opens for the Season
• September 21, 2020- Parent Meetings
• September 28, 2020- House Practices Begin
