Skate-a-thon planned for Oct. 12

Event Highlights:
- 2–3 PM: Program Skate — everyone on the ice together
- 3–4 PM: “All-Star” Competition — fun challenges & friendly rivalries
- Music: DJ Lazer keeping the energy up
- Announcer: Chad Sinclair on the mic
- Treats provided for all skaters

The Fremont Ice Association is excited to host our first Skate-a-thon. This will be a fun and high-energy event where players hit the ice to skate as many laps as they can in support of our program!
This year’s Skate-a-thon has a special focus: building a synthetic ice shooting zone for the program. This new additions is designed to encourage active play, skill development, and team connections.
How It Will Work
Each player will create their own fundraising page and reach out to friends, family, and supporters.
On event day, players will skate as many laps as they can between 2–4 p.m.
Every lap counts toward raising funds for these exciting improvements!
